Sharath Kaza started off with a stint at Ashland oil refineries, Kentucky, USA after which he moved back to India to handle his ceramics, refractories plants, real estate, distribution business in partnership with global garments & lifestyle giants.

His passion for technology has led him to be a part of Alberg software Ltd as its COO, where he steered the company by foraying into RAD tools, ERP Products and Online Services offerings.

Dr. Balasundaram Ramaswamy, PhD in Computational Linguistics has more than 15 years of experience in Product Development in varied domains such as Enterprise Application, Social Networking, Gaming and Financial Markets. For the past 5 years, he has been focusing on developing innovative financial applications which take advantage of the unique capabilities of Web 2.0, Event Processing Engines, Semantic Web, Business Rules computing and Mobile technologies.

Ravi Shanker comes with an experience of over 11 years in Project Management, Application Architecture Designing and Implementation, Business Development and Strategy. He has a consistent track record in implementing business models and comes with a blend of business acumen and technical skills.

A Graduate in Geography from Banaras Hindu University, and a Management Degree from the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad, Ravi has been steering the technology initiatives and operations of Forceites since inception.
